nice video!
I wouldn't have put the same black "edge" (no idea what the correct word for that layer is ) for the whole video, but used different ones or only used it for certain scenes.. but oh well, that's the only tiny thing that came to my mind
other than that I enjoyed the video - content, music, colours, contrast .. well done!
this is my promo video for the GT Series that my teammate Scott Mckenzie is currently hosting (feel free to read more about it on the lfs forum or visit the website). the footage is almost completely taken from the first event and a test race that was held earlier this summer.
I'm using opera ... but yea, sure I know ways to rip youtube videos, but when there's a way to get the original file I prefer getting that one - thanks for the dl link
I can recommend you the replays of Torsdagsrace, a league with weekly held races. there's always plenty of cars on a small piece of tarmac, various combos and sure some action - but you'd have to check those yourself, I'm too busy to watch them and pick certain scenes at the moment
I'll have a look at my replays folder later on as well, but I'm afraid it's similarly empty as yours
on topic: I zipped some of my replays that could qualify for your project. random cars and tracks with a more or less crowded grid, depending on the combo. looking forward to a quality movie!
(some people can't download from zippyshare, if you're one of those, let me know)
yup seen that one too
or what about alone in the universe? such a genius guy... I couldn't keep such a straight face when singing about things like that
you want some of this, bitch? I'm 20 but who cares?
well.. jon lajoie is great, first video I saw was "show me your genitals" a while back.. followed by the commercials (breathing, being gay, pedophile beards and rapist glasses). ah and since I'm a fan of techno/dance music, I also like "sunday afternoon"...
but my favorite is still "everyday normal guy 2".. now go check those out.
OK OK! you guys will get an eye-friendlier version then
I rendered the video again, didn't touch the saturation this time, only set a little more contrast and adjusted the brightness. so the look is quite close to the original lfs graphics (apart from the reflections). another youtube version will not be added.
I'll add screenshots for comparison to the first post, then you can decide what looks better and download the version you like best. uploading takes some more time, going to add the download link as soon as possible. (EDIT: done)
thanks for the comments, guys! feels like it was worth all the work now
good video, both the edititing and the drifting (as far as I can judge that ) look really professional. I've never been a fan of drift videos in general but this one will definitely follow the few drift videos I like and go straight into my "LFS videos"-folder!
